Daniel Shepard 

Dan Shepard is a managing owner of PAEC and a business professional with over twenty-five years of experience as a Distribution and Logistics expert. His areas of expertise include:

                Budgeting and profit and loss accountability

                Logistics and supply chain planning and forecasting

                Import/export, lumber, cross dock and transit facilities management

                Transportation and 3rd party logistics terms and negotiations

                Inventory Control best practices and methodology

                Site selection, facility design and real estate negotiations

                Safety and risk control

Dan has spent the better part of his career working as an executive with fortune 50 companies such as The Home Depot, where he was awarded Manager of the Year, the Safety and Risk Control Gold Cup three years in a row as well as the Exceptional Leadership Award.  As the Regional Distribution Manager for the West and Northwest Divisions of The Home Depot, Dan was responsible for the distribution and logistics for the 11 western states which included 9 Distribution Centers with annual sales of over $1.5 billion dollars, which serviced over 435 stores. Dan was also the Safety and Risk Control Officer for the Western Region and literally wrote the manual for The Home Depots Safety and Risk Control Program.

 

Kevin Pearson

Kevin Pearson is also a managing owner of PEAC and brings nearly 27 years of background in the discipline of engineering, operations, sales and management. His experience as a consultant on environmentally friendly building technology has prepared him to take a lead role as the voice of PAEC. His continuing role in the company draws from all aspects of his professional experience. His specialties lie in:

OTHER KEY MANAGEMENT PERSONALITIES

 John R. Adams, CFO; General Counsel

John brings six years of solid background in federal and state tax issues to the PAEC team. He also brings a degree in Economics and in Accounting, a Masters in Accounting with an emphasis in Taxation and a Juris Doctorate in Law. His dual discipline in both corporate finances, and corporate law gives PAEC the advantage in several key areas of need. His continued involvement will keep PAEC headed in the right direction.


Kyle Mott, Manager of Process Development

Kyle brings over 20 years of high-caliber leadership experience in multi-site management, new business development, territory supervision, strategic planning and industry networking initiatives in stable, start-up and turnaround business environments. He has a BS from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah and highlights of Kyle’s experience include: 

                Proficiency in all aspects of start-up processes; including requirements identification, resource allocation, competitive analysis, brand positioning and cost controls.

                Profitable development and execution of successful performance benchmarks and high-impact business plans with a creative, visionary approach; ensure rapid delivery of high-growth revenue results.

                Solid expertise in the negotiation and execution of complex contracts with top management, major vendors and key decision-makers, Effective hiring, management, deployment and development of top-notch talent at staff and field levels; motivation of teams to achieve peak performance, penetrate competitive markets and meet aggressive business objectives.

Kevin Gulledge, Marketing Manger

Kevin is the President of SilverTalon Consulting, a marketing and business consulting firm, and was formerly the President of Sun Vista Consulting, a strategic business-consulting firm. He brings more than 10 years of marketing expertise working with all aspects of a company's product development, marketing strategy creation and campaign implementation.


Joshua Shepard, Manager of Government / Military Relations and Webmaster

Joshua, a Marine Non-Commissioned Officer with roughly 10 years of experience in the field of Intelligence Analysis is ideally suited as our interface with key government officials on critical aspects of our implementation strategy. His combat proven leadership experience, research ability background, and attention to detail prove invaluable as he works with the media and other key public contacts to build the PAEC brand. Joshua's interest in technology and extensive knowledge of software applications has also been key in evaluating PAEC systems hardware needs and wants as well as building the architectural foundation of the PAEC website.
